DESIGN THINKING: point of intersection between people, market and business, and technology.
In our work we need new answers, require new perspectives, new tools,  and new approaches. Each of these concerns can be seen as an opportunity to design new and improved solutions. But, because we understand our organization like no one else, it is our opportunity and responsibility to create solutions for the challenges we and our organization face every day.
It’s a cyclic and creative process that helps us to design meaningful solutions. It has five phases that help navigate the development:
Based on the Design thinking concept our organization develop and then test Peer Learning Models to identify future skills needs and prepare  employers, employees and educational organizations in the field for the future.
Design thinking is one of these approaches.
